Please note that due to indecent customer service by Earthlink who acquired Mindspring who had themselves acquired Netcom, the original server where this site was hosted was closed down by the new owners without talking to their customers and in so doing they deleted many files from this site before the new ones could be backed up.  I apologize for the reduced site/service but I will add back the missing files, papers, and pictures as I go.  I have a full time job that is customer centric.  Shame that too many at Earthlink are not like-minded.
